The “@angular/compiler-cli” package was not properly installed

Upgrading my project to Angular 4.0 (from 2.4) with Angular CLI 1.0 (from beta.31)

我的话，先uninstall @angular/cli再install @angular/cli@latest,然后更新typescript：npm update -g typescript

Linux下这样做

npm uninstall -g angular-cli
rm -rf ./node_modules
rm package-lock.json
npm install --save-dev @angular/cli@latest

 我的package-lock.json更新typescript之后

也有人说，更改@angular compiler-cli版本号即可

还有人说，有一种梦幻操作也可以

都试试吧，我的又出新问题了
