vue-cli配置webpack.config.js

在项目中输入:webpack会报以下错误，就是找不到webpack.config.js这个文件，其实这个文件新建项目的时候是没有的，需要自己去新建

1.在根目录新建文件：webpack.config.js

2.在webpack.config.js中加入以下代码
