这个东西实在是比我想象得长很多,翻译的时候也确实有很多很朴素的英文句子特别特别难写成中文。果然只有自己动手翻译一把才能理解为啥已有的很多英文书的翻译都很渣了。

另外,Specification虽然意思是“规格说明”,但是这东西在软件工程里几乎是一个专有名词了,请允许我保留原词不译。

Principle 3: PRODUCT

Software engineers shall ensure that their products and related modifications meet the highest professional standards possible. In particular, software engineers shall, as appropriate:

Software engineers shall maintain integrity and independence in their professional judgment. In particular, software engineers shall, as appropriate:

4.01. Temper all technical judgments by the need to support and maintain human values.

4.01. 调节所有的技术判断以支撑和维护价值观。

4.02. Only endorse documents either prepared under their supervision or within their areas of competence and with which they are in agreement.

4.02. 只签署这样的文档:要么是自己管理之下的,要么是自己职权范围且已在业内达成共识的。

4.03. Maintain professional objectivity with respect to any software or related documents they are asked to evaluate.

4.04. Not engage in deceptive financial practices such as bribery, double billing, or other improper financial practices.
