myeclipse中创建javaweb项目 如果项目名字中包含空格等特殊字符 则无法启动；
另外 修改名字之后 需要修改对应的Web Context-root 否则也无法启动，具体步骤：
右击项目-》Properties-》MyEclipse-》Web-》Web Context-root
