默认会在当前工作盘中添加。 _mkdir 运行失败会返回-1 并设置errno

EEXIST

路径未被创建因为路径名已经存在。与文件，路径或者驱动器同名

ENOENT

路径不存在

例如：程序工作在D盘  实际目录是“D:\\testtemp”

         _rmdir()  同理

 

_chdir （cosnt char* path）

可以检查目录是否存在

存在返回0  不存在返回-1
