双显卡的机器在linux下发热量大的解决方法
今日用自己的ThinkPad E430装了一个ubuntu系统,结果发现普通使用过程中发热量远远大于win7下的发热量,经过探索后发现与机身内置的双显卡有关,原因在于独显没有驱动不会启用,但会一直保持运行状态,发热量大源于独显的发热,由于ubuntu下笔记本自带核芯显卡完全足以支持机身使用,所以找到关闭独显的方法如下:
本人笔记本是N卡,所以从网上了解到了一个第三方切换显卡的神器,叫Bumblebee(大黄蜂),只支持N卡哦
第一步:安装Bumblebee(大黄蜂)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bumblebee/stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install bumblebee bumblebee-nvidia
sudo reboot
第二步:查看显卡工作状态
lspci |grep VGA
结果如下:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GF108M [GeForce GT 630M] (rev ff)
独显的状态为rev ff 即为关闭状态,搞定!
