解决方案：

看了下解释翻译过来是：结束内核恐慌-不同步：内存不足，没有可杀死的进程

1.直接增加虚拟机的运行内存（不是存储空间）------exsi的虚拟机

2.要是ubantu的服务器上的虚拟机可以参考
