解决Chrome 70及以上版本的证书问题:Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CERT_SYMANTEC_LEGACY

1.桌面必须要有Chrome 快捷方式

2.进入快捷方式属性

3.修改目标为："C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --ignore-certificate-errors --allow-running-insecure-content 空格后加上后面那段就可以了
