解决httpclient访问https协议时的报错
在调用https协议的接口时，自签证书不受信任就会报以下异常

有两种解决方法：
- 通过keytools将自签证书导入到java受信证书文件中；
- 设置信任所有证书（不安全，这么做也就没必要使用https协议了）
以下代码设置httpclient信任所有证书
