cannot determine the location of the vs common tools folder

问题：打开"VS2010开发人员命令提示后"，上面提示"cannot determine the location of the vs common tools folder"

 

解决方法：添加PATH环境变量(计算机-属性-高级系统设置-高级-环境变量)，值为：C:\Windows\System32
