Resolution:

Try to reinitialize Subscription from Replication monitor.

use distribution

Delete from MSrepl_commands

 where xact_seqno = 0x000283BE000071F0002900000000 and command_ID=22

 select * from MSrepl_commands

 select * from dbo.MSarticles

 where article_id in (

 select article_id from MSrepl_commands
