Hammer crusher can be used to crush various mid & hard and low erosive materials with the anti-pressure of below 100Mpa and water moisture of lower 15%.And the crushed materials are ore, salt, brick tile and rock .And this machine can also be used to crush fiber structure ,flexible wood peels ,papers ,crushed asbestines and cement ,etc.

And the main spare parts of the hammer crusher are the rotor with head hammer .And the rotors consist of the main axis ,round plate ,and hammer .And the motor will drive the rotor to rotate in the crushing cavity .And the materials will be fed into the inner machine from the feeding hopper and the materials will be crushed by the shock, impact, cut and grinding .At the lower part of the rotors ,there has set the screen board and the crushed materials which have a smaller size than the screening hole will be discharged by the screening board .While the larger size one will be blocked on the screening board to receive the hammer shock and grinding and be discharged by the screening board .
