OEM 问题：java.lang.Exception: Exception in sending Request :: null

解决方案：更改emd.properties文件的agentTZRegion选项的值，设置为与您系统的时区一致

注意：路径一定是：E:\oracle\luo-PC_orcl\sysman\config\emd.properties，而不是E:\oracle \sysman\config这个目录。

其中的agentTZRegion缺省是GMT,改为你所在的时区即可,中国就直接设置上海就行了：
agentTZRegion=Asia/Shanghai
关于设置时区的列表参考：“10.2.0\PC-201104301457_or\sysman\admin\supportedtzs.lst”

然后先停止dbconsole 在重启dbconsole :
set ORACLE_SID=orcl
emctl stop dbconsole
emctl start dbconsole

如下图所示：
