401 - Unauthorized: "Access is denied due to invalid credentials"

IIS7 有时会遇到 401 - Unauthorized: "Access is denied due to invalid credentials"错误，尝试解决方式如下：

The easy way out is just to go back to using Network Service as an application pool identity instead of the ApplicationPoolIdentity used by IIS 7.5
