Flex实现Panel拖动交换Pod式效果(整理待)

找了好久，终于在这里找到了类似的效果实现。"flex 子窗口可拖动 交换位置"
using draggable drill down charts, forms, DataGrids, and links in a pod layout.

FLEX中拖动窗口大小，2010-05-18 12:04Flex中的容器组件Panel,TitleWindow,Canvase等是无法调整大小的。你可以拓展容器组件来解决这个问题。但使用ResizeManager更方便。ResizeManager的使用很简单。   private var resizeMgr:ResizeManager;
