邮件发送失败 Failed to connect to server: Permission denied (13)

本地可以正常发送邮件 但是上传到linux不出现以下错误

SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Permission denied (13)
<br />The following From address failed: teat33@163.com

解决方法:

SELinux 阻止了 httpd 的连接。修改方式也给出来了，以 root 身份运行以下命令即可：

//httpd s are allowed to connect out to the network
setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect 1
