1. Load Data

数据简介:Pima Indians Diabetes Data Set

下载  :Data download --> 保存为:pima-indians-diabetes.csv

2. Define Model

目标:采用四层全连接网络

思路:采用Sequential model,然后一次添加一个layers:

    • 参数1:一层网络的结点个数    【第一层(input) 8个 --> 第二层 12个 --> 第三层 8个 --> 第四层(output) 1个】
    • 参数2:初始化方法         【0-0.05均匀分布】
    • 参数3:激活函数            【第二、三层:relu;第四层:sigmoid

3. Compile Model

我们的目的:找较好的权重w来做预测。

Finally, because it is a classification problem, we will collect and report the classification accuracy as the metric.

Otherwise,见<6. load model>,也可直接导入现成模型,继续训练。

 

4. Fit Model 

开始训练数据,监督学习:

    • 循环次数:epoch
    • 批统计量:batch

5. Evaluate Model

训练后,使用model.evaluate(...)预测成功率统计:
