ISE 14.7 XST.exe stop working

Description

XST completes but then instead of returning "Process "Synthesize - XST" completed successfully" a message appears that XST has stopped working.  

After dismissing the pop-up window, a return of 225 is given.

Solution

The problem was found to be caused by the license check code.

The attached patch resolves this issue.
