cordova更新插件

  1. 删除掉plugins目录中cordova-plugin-file目录，也就是要卸载的插件所在目录
  2. 删除config.xml文件中cordova-plugin-file的那一行，也就是要卸载插件的那行
  3. 重新安装cordova-plugin-file插件
