在cwcity空间上安装phpmyadmin

上传程序后，安装phpMyAdmin-4.1.4-all-languages.3715384168.zip

出现了错误：

初步认为是文件权限问题，由于是免费空间不能改环境配置。

后来发现phpmyadmin的环境需求。4.1的需要mysql5.2以上，我的空间是5.1，所以重新下载4.0安装。
