大批量执行webservice出现“无法连接远程服务器”解决方案

原因：由于操作系统的端口被咱用光了。

修改操作系统相关参数：
开始-->运行-->regedit

1、HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\MaxUserPort
增加MaxUserPort     word，值为65534
2、HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\TCPTimedWaitDelay
增加TCPTimedWaitDelay  word,值为 30


重新启动
