Invention and Applications of the Rotary Kiln

The invention of the rotary kiln   :
Rotary Kiln originated in cement production,in 1824, mason J Asp invented the earthen vertical kiln  intermittent operation; in 1883,  Dietz world invented the continuous operation of the multi-storey shaft kiln; in 1885 , Britons Lan Samu ( ERansome) invented the rotary kiln, it got patent in Britain, and put into production in the United States , which has soon obtained considerable economic benefits.

The application of the rotary kiln  :
The invention of the rotary kiln makes the cement industry develops rapidly, while also promoted the rotary kiln applications research, the rotary kiln is widely applied to many industrial areas soon, and more and more important in the production, gradually becomes the corresponding core production equipment. Its technical performance and functioning determine the quality, productivity and cost of enterprise products to a large extent . "As long as the large kiln turn, there are thousands and thousands" this ballad is the vivid description on the production of rotary kiln importance .

Application of the rotary kiln :
① In the  application  field of the rotary kiln, the largest number occupied is the cement industry. The method has low energy consumption, less electricity, without  sulfuric acid and can be used in low-grade phosphate rock these advantsges, so it was quickly getten promotion.  In addition,in the environmental aspects , the world's developed countries use cement kilns to burn  hazardous waste, garbage more than 20 years, which not only makes waste minimize, harmless and waste, the waste can also be used as fuel to save coal , thus achieve the purpose of protecting enviroment.
