Artificial Sand Making Equipment Operation Taboos

Sand can be applied to the production after the purchase and installation, energy consumption is low,  which can meet your needs in the planned date, but do not get too excited while completing the task, because there are top five taboos in the sand making operation  , we must first learn them to avoid duplication of efforts.
 
◆ Conduct operation without reading operation instruction
After purchasing the equipment,the operator should read operation instructions and the related knowledges carefully , be familiar with the use and maintenance conditions of sand maker, in order to avoid unnecessary accidents, don't operate by himself in the case of unskilled .
◆ Without turning off the power when outage
We should ensure the adequate supply of electricity when the sand maker works, in the case of power out-aging , be remember to cut off the power to avoid the unnecessary harm when the power is suddenly supplied. At the same time, we should also finish a good thing after working, for example, turn off the power before leaving, and develop good work habits.
◆ Use the unqualified power 
Use the qualified power, not much put the un-roasted electrode, pay attention to the electrode quality when decentralizing electrode and after decentralizing within a few minutes , move the electrode or the motor does not move as little as possible, take various measures to prevent electrode soft off.  deal with immediately in the case of soft off . 
◆ Operate in the case of having ore inside
Before the sand begin working, the operator should first check whether the cavity have ore or not. Sand maker is not allowed  to  start unload, with load startup will cause electrical trip or machine parts damage, so the boot should be checked before starting the machine, if having any ore or iron blocks, the operator should clear them before starting.
◆ Only use ,without maintenance .
This is the biggest taboos of sand maker , which is very important,  sand maker's long-term use will cause unnecessary wear of the machine, so be sure to periodically check the degree of  the machine wear,  do maintenance regular , periodically lubricate your machine ,let it play a greater role.
 
The above several  taboos, looks like small things in the operation ,  sometimes the operator is often easy to overlook, not knowing it is this negligence leads to failure, thereby affecting the sand maker's work  efficiency and shorting the service life of the sand.
