Process Introduction of Tailings Recycle

With the economic development of a substantial increase in demand for minerals, development of mineral resources become larger, and the scale of the tailings  output volume  will continue to increase. Tailings piles up long-term in the tailings, accounting for a large number of agricultural, forestry land, resulting in the imbalance of land resources of the tailings area, and the serious environmental pollution, such as heavy metal ions in the tailings, toxic and harmful residues in pharmaceutical surface water , the groundwater handling will cause direct or indirect impact on the surrounding environment.
According to  the incomplete statistics, in China,  the direct contamination  to the land area caused due to tailings  ups to ??66,700 square meters, indirect pollution of the land area ups to??667,000 square meters. Some remote areas of the township mines concentrator  even directly discharge the tailings  into the nature. For example, dozens of iron mines in Shanxi Province, only 1/10 has the tailings warehouse, the tailings are discharged into the rivers, the accumulation becomes the disaster. As the Mine tailings is now more grinding to 0.074mm.  Which were Stored in the tailings or river valleys, lowlands and other places, often  appears the case of seepage overflow, not reclaimed tailings surface dust can be blown around the reservoir, and sometimes even the formation of ore dust storms, serious deterioration to the surrounding area living and production conditions. the  relative ingredients in the tailings and residual life safety flotation reagent will cause serious pollution to air and water, and result to the soil degradation, destruction of vegetation or even directly  to harm humans and animals.
 
      


Anshan type iron ore deposit belongs to the Sinian sedimentary-metamorphic magnetite quartzite and hematite quartzite. The ore appears as the strip of poor iron ore, the general iron content around is 30r/70. Its principal metallic minerals are magnetite, hematite and martite; The main gangue minerals are quartz, followed by chlorite, calcite, and hornblende. The chemical composition of the Anshan iron ore tailings is relatively simple, the general chemical composition of silica ups to 65% ~ 750h, total iron content is 8% - 14%.  Which belongs to the case of high-silicon tailings.   
After the tailings recycling process of Anshan East Sintering plant ,  the tan annual output tons of tailings they can get is 3.65 million . Tailings recycling factory adopts the disc tailings recycling machines, magnetic dehydration trough a fine sieve production process of a magnetic separator a separation column. The re-processing plant is characterized by the recovery of the crude concentrate by ball mill grinding no need to be grinded by ball mill , that is go through the separation column selection,  we can get the  qualified concentrate. Separation column was selected grade is 40 00% to 50.00%, the separation column concentrate grade is 62 00% 64 00% column concentrates the crude concentrate yield is 55 00% 65.00% The annual production is 30,000 tons of iron ore concentrate;and the original process with spiral chute selection, concentrate grade is only 55 00% 57 00%. Spiral chute concentrate on coarse concentrate production rate is less than 20 of Estimates of%.
Re-election Dagushan tailings production practices, Dagushan Concentrator plant conduct the production process,and  use the stage of grinding, magnetic separation stage, a fine sieve and then grinding process. There are  three tailings beneficiation points  in the plant, the process is similar. Disc recovery machine roughing, rough concentrate regrinding drier by the permanent magnet, magnetic separator, fine sieve re-election, annual recoverable grade is about 60.00% iron ore concentrate is 80,000 tons.
