Eclipse无法启动错误之Ensure that the org.eclipse.core.runtime bundle is resolved and started (see config.ini)

悲剧，在安装Android Build Tools时，提醒需要关闭Eclipse进行安装，于是我在Tools安装完成后重启了Eclipse。但是Eclipse却无法启动，在log中有如下提示：

Unable to acquire application service. Ensure that the org.eclipse.core.runtime bundle is resolved and started (see config.ini)

Google之，根据网友的提示，在Eclipse的安装目录下的configuration目录下，找到config.ini文件，在其中找到这样一行：

 

在图示的红色框的一行最后，添加如下内容：

,org.eclipse.core.runtime@start

注：记得其前有个“,”符号。

添加后的内容如下：

 

启动Eclipse，OK没的问题。

附：

启动Eclipse成功后，然后之前的配置内容（,org.eclipse.core.runtime@start），重新启动Eclipse，没任何问题。

我糊涂了。。。。知道的园友们可以留言说明，小弟在次不胜感激。
