wget下载https的时候报错

此问题，大部分都看到了

--no-check-certificate，然而这个并不是解决问题的根本，这不就是本地访问自己的网址，然后加上了  不安全访问而已

后来找到了，因为ubuntu的性质，证书检查到了另外一个目录下面

ln -s /etc/ssl/certs /usr/lib/ssl/certs

做一层软连接就搞定了
