how to control project

some project have been delayed. always some reasons. for no full resource,no time ,etc.

sometimes ,i think that you do it,you must do it well and try our best to do it,otherwise ,i don't do it.

Do thing,Firest learn to do man. life is attitude.
Don't bring some reaseon to shift responsibility .
