报错：you need to shutdown and then restart the vm before it can access the new disk
添加好磁盘后按照提示重启虚拟机，发现还是无法识别出磁盘
解决方法：
在关机状态下添加磁盘，然后启动虚拟机，就可以正常识别到磁盘了（我也不知道什么原因，以前是直接添加就可以了）
