Windows biometrics framework

Windows OS提供了Logon/UAC，用以支持生物识别技术。Biometrics API提供了一系列的API用于接入Biometrics服务，同时用户可以自己开发基于Biometrics API的应用，产生定制化的服务。如，支付、隐私管理、应用权限管理、图像识别等。
