    在发布InfoPath表单的时候，遇到一个问题： 我便使用InfoPath2007新建了一个浏览器兼容的表单（在设计的时候选   择选项：工具-表单选项-兼容性），

提示无法发布浏览器兼容的表单到SharePoint Server 2007 的网站
InfoPath Forms Services - Can't publish form

信息：
This form template is browser-compatible, but it cannot be browser-enabled on the selecte site. 
This may be caused by one of the following reasons:

  - The server is not running InfoPath Forms Services

  - The necessary features are not available on the site collection

  - The policy setting on the server does not allow users to browse enable templates.

于是，进入谷歌，进行搜索，输入关键词InfoPath Forms Services - Can't publish form，发现了答案！
解决办法一：
    由于网站集的Office SharePoint Server Enterprise Site Collection features（包含business data catalog, forms services, and Excel Services）没有激活，导致InfoPath Services 没有启动，
这是错误的根源；解决办法就是：网站设置-网站集功能设置-Office SharePoint Server Enterprise Site Collection features-Activate。
解决办法二（彻底）：
Enable Enterprise features
如果你的许可证是标准版的话，你需要转换许可证类型为企业版；点击“Enable Features on existing sites”启用企业版特性；

原来是这样，
InfoPath Forms Services是作为一个企业版的特性推出的，安装好时企业版特性没有激活。
