unabel to generate a temporay class(result=1).error CS2001:Sourfe file 'C:\Windows\TEMP\z2fxm7h3.0.cs' could not be found错误解决方法
情形描述：
1. asp.net server(Machine A, apppool运行在domaincountofMachineB下) --> web service (Machine B,apppool运行在domaincountofMachinB下)
2. domainacountofMachineB设置了MachineB上的SPN, 假设帐号domainacountofMachineA已经设置了machineA的SPN,但是现在没有任何appPool使用。
3. domainacountofMachinaA和domainacountofMachineB分别加入到了相应Machine的IIS_WPG组和adiministraor组
运行后出现的exception:
unabel to generate a temporay class(result=1).

workaround：
解决方法：C:\WINDOWS\TEMP给users可读写权限
