方法一:O(n^3),枚举两个点,确定过这两个点的两个圆的的圆心,循环N个点看有多少个点在这个圆里。

方法一TLE;
方法二:O(n^2logn),首先需要挖掘出来:如果一段圆弧被某个单位圆C覆盖过,那么我们把目标单位圆A的圆心放在该段弧上时,目标圆A一定能把C的圆心覆盖,也能把圆弧所在的圆B的圆心覆盖。
所以,被覆盖次数最多的弧的被覆盖次数即为目标圆最多能够覆盖的点数。
做法:
1.首先枚举一个点作为圆心A,然后再循环其它N-1个点,设当前循环到的点为B。
2.用atan2函数求直线BA的极角th,为方便极角排序,对于负角要+2pi。
3.求圆A,B的交点与AB的夹角ph=acos(D/2),D=dist(A,B)。
4.计算圆B覆盖圆A的弧的始末极角th-ph+2pi和th+ph+2pi,为了避免负角,每个极角均加2pi。同时加上标记区分始末点。
5.对这2*n个始末点排序,扫描一遍,得到覆盖次数最多的弧的被覆盖次数,更新答案。
