Day 5: Always think positively, be happy!

The reason why I'm always feeling depressed is that I'm not interested in anything. What keeps in my mind is that I don't like what I'm doing and I wouldn't work hard on it. The key of being happy is that like what you're doing right now and set goals. One should have at least one thing that interest him/her. If no, find one.

Anytime when you starts to fall prey to negative thinking, stop it immediately. Negative thought drain you of energy and keep you from being in the present moment. The more you give in to your negative thoughts, the stronger they become. It's just like a ball rolling along the ground, as it rolls, it becomes bigger and faster.

If you're going through negative thinking, there're several things that you can do to overcome it: read positive quotes, smile, sing a song, surround yourself with positive people, list five important things that you need to do right now and start to work on it.

All the above things are to make you enjoy your current life. So enjoy it and have fun.
