SQL语句没出错,但是用字符串作为条件在Java项目查不到东西

好像是字符集出了问题,在db.properties配置文件的jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://xxx后面加上:?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&allowMultiQueries=true
