我们Code Breaking小组在10月18日专门开会讨论了本组的个人贡献评价方案。经过长达一个小时的热烈讨论，我们基本确定了评分方案。基本方法：组内互评。具体方法：每周有一次评分，每个人给其他人评分，总分4分，根据每个人这段时间任务的完成情况和贡献，将这4分分配给其余4人。每周开一次评分会，时间不超过半小时。每个组员在5分钟内对自己的情况进行总结，客观评价自己的工作，应对其他人提出的质疑。剩下5分钟，其他组员根据个人陈述和每天进度完成情况综合考虑，互相进行评价。 小组编程任务结束之后，对所有人的分数进行加权平均，归一化之后计算出得分比例。最后的分数按这个得分比例进行分配。评分原则：每个人手 阅读全文
